While we are still actively involved in the process of developing a plot of raw undeveloped land into a “Carriage House”, garage and ADU, we have progressed far enough to have developed a very solid and positive working relationship with Derek and his team. Neither my wife nor I have gone through this extensive of a home project before and so it has been extremely helpful that Derek has been quick to respond to our (many) questions, concerns and ideas as the construction progresses. Not only has he always made himself available to respond to our various questions, but Derek has been dependable to address and explain the issues and concerns that are inherent in a development project such as ours. His availability and responsiveness has been extremely helpful insofar as keeping us informed of the progress and also what and when the next steps will be.

Derek and Andrew are some of the coolest and most reliable contractors I've worked with. They care a lot about their craft and it shows. They don't discriminate on the size of the project. They take every project seriously, big or small. Not only did they deliver on the jobs given, they kept me in the loop punctually throughout the whole project. They're also really genuine guys that take their jobs seriously. HIGHLY recommend. 

As a commercial developer with decades of experience, I found Derek to be an excellent contractor. He did an excellent job with the interior buildout, suggested creative ideas and solutions, and kept everything running smoothly. He was always punctual and well organized. I would definitely hire him again for future projects!

Derek's ability to manage our project and his subcontractors really stood out.
