Prime Development Group was built out of frustration with how impersonal and unreliable construction has become. Too many contractors overpromise, disappear from the job site, or pass projects off to layers of management.

We operate differently.

Every project is hands on, personally overseen, and treated like it matters because it does. From ground up custom homes to remodels and select commercial work, we stay present on site, communicate clearly, and take responsibility for every detail.

This is not paperwork driven construction. It is straightforward, honest work led in person from start to finish.

Prime Development Group is owner led by Derek and Andrew. When you call, you speak directly with us. When work is happening, we are there. Projects are not passed down or managed from a distance.

Derek began working in construction at 17 in his father’s company, learning the trade hands on from the ground up. Over time, he saw firsthand how projects suffered from poor communication, lack of accountability, and absentee leadership.

In 2022, Derek partnered with Andrew to start Prime Development Group with a clear goal to build the kind of company they would want to hire themselves. One that is present, honest, and accountable.

Our focus is simple. Quality execution, clear pricing, and communication that stays consistent from the first call through final walkthrough.
